Civil and Commercial Contracts: Management of the entire contract life cycle, from the initial contracting phase to the closing and termination of the contract. Among my most outstanding functions to perform are: -Study, drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution of all types of civil and commercial contracts, especially sponsorship contracts, trademark-use license contracts, representation contracts (mandate, commission, agency, mediation), assignment of rights, leasing , NDAs, MOUs, etc..-Acting as intermediate and link between third parties and different departments of the company , mainly, General Secretary and Marketing, Financial and Compliance Departments. Direct and continuous communication with the parties, resolving possible conflicts that may arise during the development and execution of the contract, monitoring compliance with deadlines, obligations and alerting of possible breaches. -Contractual management: Identify and classifying the documentation generated (Documentation generated during the negotiation, bids, communications, minutes of meetings and other relevant documents that are derived). - Prepare and submit legal reports on the status of contracts. - Registration of all the company's contracts. -Tenders and bids: Preparation of the specifications, and formalization in a contract.

- Legal advice on the drafting and interpretation of contracts, rules and legal issues. - Direct support to the General Secretary and Chairman of the Referees' Committee. - Translation of contracts and legal texts from English to Spanish and vice versa.

-Drafting statements of claim, defence, counterclaim, and interim applications, as well as preparing the case bundles.-Search and selection of case law applicable to real cases- Preparation of responses to legal queries.- Study of legal files and subsequent preparation of a report on them.- Attendance to meetings of various sports justice committees.- Attendance to court hearings.- Preparation of legal reports- Dealings with courts.
