For years, I've been working with both technology and revenue operations.In my early days I've acquired great experience in BI and Analytics field while structuring operations from the most diverse segments, from Inside Sales to major sales and support operations for banking, insurance, health, retail and many other segments.With that I was able to study and develop different strategies, use diferent tools, CRMs, Marketing Platforms, DW structures and many others.Within my last years I started at Pessoalize with emphasis on the development o a new way to scale operations for our clients, with the focus on bringing the aiming the highest results with the right tools. Beyond that my role was to structure the planning team, guide the ops team and facilitate the communication between our Engineering team and the rest of the company and clients with the best practices of data engineering and data science.My style of work is to achieve constant growth rates with optimization at every corner of the company with the right use of data analysis, constant testing and learning and participate on the development of new technologies. Furthermore, with a lasting experience as an entrepreneur, I've become an enthusiastic problem seeker on everything I can get access to and really passionate about learning new techniques and defying myself to search and use the best and newest technologies out there.
