- Identify and translate, high-level business requirements into operational requirements for different functions in the m2m platform. - Work on research and development to improve customer experience in analytical and monitoring platforms through elastic stack solutions(filebeat,metricbeat,logstash,elasticsearch). - Provide support to the whole m2m platform. - Troubleshoot complex faults on m2m/iot and network platform. - Work with other teams to identify faults and drive root causes. - Analysis to identify corrective actions and permanent fixes. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from a large volume of diverse data. - Configure, support, monitor and troubleshoot, IPv4, TCP/ IP, and IPSec VPN with carriers. - Set up security control for m2m/iot platform across application layer, transport, network, cloud, infrastructure security controls, data privacy, and protection controls.- Implementation experience with the design, and operation of a full-scale m2m/IoT architecture from asset connectivity, to integration to enterprise technology systems such as the analytical and monitoring platform. - Responsible for our mobile core infrastructure. and provide support 3GPP-Radius AVP. - Responsible for tracing sim card performance via Wireshark, tcpdump, tshark. - Operational experience in monitoring, operating, and troubleshooting Core networks(Linux NAT, TCP/IP, IPv4, DNS, rsync, nginx, Apache, NFS, NAS FreeRadius, Openvswitch, Linux Bridge). - Setting up network nodes, and server environments based on Unix-like systems in the virtual environment(Openvswitch, Linux Bridge, Docker).- Participate in client requirements gathering, business process meetings, and functional architecture design sessions to support the system development, implementation, and delivery activities for MVNO-related projects.- Configuration/monitoring/troubleshooting private APN for 3GPP-AAA and sim-enabled cellular devices.

While working as a freelancer I had the opportunity to work as Sysadmin on several projects, specifically, Networking projects, System Administrator Linux projects, Cloud Compute and virtual projects, Firewalls, and VPNs.

Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Linux Virtualization stack in the local Datacenter (Hp Blade Servers). My main role in this organization was to keep all the infrastructure virtual(KVM)&on-premise network (cisco)and Linux servers reliable, healthy, and stable. I was in charge of the support and troubleshooting of the whole platform tens for Linux Servers and Network Devices.

My significant responsibilities in this institution were focused on supporting Network infrastructure: I was in charge of updating the Network architecture and topology, installing configuring, and supporting firewall and network devices, additionally, I transformed the file share approach/protocols. The dual role in this organization was to support the local Linux Servers and IT System health monitoring+Backup & disaster recovery.

My main role in this organization was the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the virtual education platform. Also as a sysadmin, I was part of the team to support the local Linux Servers, the Network infrastructure, and IT support.
