Working with groups of 20 learners from a variety of backgrounds, ages ranging from 18 - 55.Responsible for all aspects of training.

Delivering intensive training courses to classes of up to 20 IT apprentices aged 16-24, preparing them for a career in IT support. Responsible for design & construction of various learning resources and training tools as well as the maintenance and technical support of the learning environment.

Designing and delivering training and assessment on a diverse range of programmes such as the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, ASDAN & NVQ awards. Using bushcraft and survival training as a medium for corporate inductions, personal development and leadership training

Designing & delivering student-centred training courses both on ICT & using ICT as a medium for the teaching of other subjects. Design, implementation & administration of mobile learning centre’s Win 2000 Server/2K Pro/XP network, local wireless network & satellite-based WAN.
