  I have a wide range of experience acting in all areas of Building Surveying and have acted as Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator on a variety of refurbishment and new build projects within the main industry sectors. My main strength comes from understanding individual client requirements, allowing me to provide market-leading building surveying services to a wide range of clients, always being prepared to go ‘the extra mile’ for the pursuit of excellence.I have acted as the Client Representative for the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham on various Capital Expenditure Programmes. Additionally, I am currently acting as the Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator on various residential new build and refurbishment projects. In addition, in my role, I lead our London Building Surveying Team.
