- Director of a multi-functional team, consisting of over 24 Army and Air Force personnel. Responsible for the management of a Light Infantry Division’s airspace to enable rockets, missiles, airplanes, and helicopters the freedom to conduct operations without interruption. Directly reports to the Commanding General of the 10th Mountain Division. Principle advisor and counselor to the Commanding General on operations planning, training, and implementation strategies for airspace management.- Established the Army’s first Joint Air Ground Integration Cell Symposium allowing for the standardization of practices and processes amongst over nine Army divisions across the globe- Hand-selected to serve as the Director of Airspace Management for my decision-making ability and the ability to maintain compliance with local, state, federal, and international law and quick decision making in high stress and zero fault environments.- Managed a budget of over $85K to schedule offsite training opportunities for my cell. Resulting in over 30 personnel receiving intensive airspace management training. - Led innovation at Ft. Drum and developed the first training suite in the United States Army to train the highly specialized Joint Air Ground Integration Cell – a capability that was not replicated outside of the qualification course in the United States Army

- Responsible for the instruction, training, morale, and well-being of over 200 cadets. Managed a budget and oversaw contracts of over $150K annually to provide travel, training aids, and life support for Cadet training. Responsible for all aspects of human resources for five government civilians.- Received the Army Commendation Medal for the organization’s drive to obtain Military Science as a recognized academic minor at TCU resulting in approval of the Military Science Minor in 2021 – the first year of implementation, 115+ applied and were accepted for the minor, decreasing graduation time by one semester and saving the program $20K per student.- Inducted into the TCU ROTC Hall of Fame for acting as the lead conflict resolution agent between the university and the ROTC program, resulting in new innovative and safe weapons training occurring on an urban college campus. The weapons training caused in 25% increase in qualification rates at cadet final evaluations. - Utilized various contracting types (firm fixed price, cost plus, and T&M) and negotiation to procure different training aids for the ROTC program. Required to have a knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations in order to purchase the training aids and negotiate contracts on behalf of the ROTC program- Required to liaise with university leaders and the TCU Board of Directors to ensure that the Military Science Minor was recognized as an academic minor.

- Responsible for operational and strategic planning for an organization of over 500 personnel in the United States and the Republic of Korea. Commanded an organization of over 110 personnel in the Republic of Korea as a deterrent to North Korean aggression. Consistently leading the larger organization in exceeding goals. Responsible for the training and qualification of the organization.- Received the Meritorious Service Medal for leading a 110 person organization during a 9 month operational deployment to the Korean Peninsula. Planned and executed training and a deployment of my organization, resulting in the qualification and deployment to and from Korea with zero injuries or loss of equipment. - Ensured the accountability and utilization over a property book of over $24M resulting in 0 losses to the government, maintenance improvements, and all missing equipment ordered and/or received - Responsible for the planning, coordination, resourcing, and execution of the new equipment testing of the M109A7 howitzer at Fort Hood, Texas for the United States Army. Coordinated and resourced personnel and equipment for BAE Systems, a contract valued over $8M to test and evaluate the Army’s newest self-propelled howitzer.- As Chief supply chain management officer for an organization of over 110+ personnel, conducted procurement of supplies and equipment through the life cycle for assigned items. Developed metrics to measure the effectiveness of solutions implemented, reducing Material Delivery Time, and sustaining an Average On-Time Delivery Rate of 99% - Managed Grants and Contracts totaling over $10 million dollars in order facilitate training and equipment fielding for the United States Army. Resulting in three new equipment systems being fielded to my organization.

- Managed the maintenance, budget, administrative requirements, property, contracts, and logistics of an organization consisting of over 200 people. Additionally, maintained records and submitted timely operational reports.- Received the Army Commendation Medal having the best supply and maintenance metrics in an organization consisting of over 5,000 personnel and more than 6 like organizations.- Lead auditor of military programs ensuring funds were being properly spent and resources being allocated. Identified 3 underfunded areas of training and reallocated $10K to enable weapons training, increasing the organizations qualification rate by 15% over pervious timeframe.- Developed and implemented supply and logistical processes, where none existed, that allowed for an organization of 150+ personnel to be fed, trained, and provided equipment over multiple training exercise in harsh weather conditions. Increased training readiness and logistical mission completion by 250% from the previous fiscal year. - Required to utilize negotiating and problem-solving skills to receive over 150 of military equipment from overseas in a short 5-day window; all equipment was received and stored in four days and under the cost and manpower estimates

- Responsible for the personnel management, resource management, morale, welfare, equipment, training and actions of 22 enlisted non-commissioned officers and Soldiers in a field artillery platoon.- Received the Bronze Star for the construction of three artillery firing points in Afghanistan, conducting five air movements, and supporting over 75 missions in Afghanistan while maintain zero loss of property or injury to members of the team.- Hand selected to be the artillery quick reaction platoon. Conducted 5 air movements to 4 different forward operating bases to support closure operations resulting in the successful closure of 4 different operating bases in Afghanistan.- Displayed personnel and resource management to build the task points and still provided indirect support to service members, resulting in the complete construction of the task points and successful execution of the task in nine months in support of Army personnel.

- Specialty organizational planner for a Light Infantry Battalion. Responsible for integrating enablers (mortars, artillery, helicopters, and airplanes) into an infantry units maneuver plan.- Organizational Program Manager who planned, coordinated, and managed the fielding of the M777 howitzer for the 10th Mountain Division. Responsible for the movement of equipment, life support for the fielding team from the United States Army, and the execution of training leading to Field Artillery Regiment being trained, qualified, and equipped for deployment to Afghanistan.- Planned, synchronized, and employed all available fire support assets to include field artillery, mortars, Army attack aviation, Air Force close air support, and Naval surface gun fire within the unit’s scheme of maneuver, increasing material and personnel readiness and enabling ground troops to successfully perform missions
