I am a hardworking, trustworthy and dedicated employee as well as family man who has worked up through 23years in many departments to where I am today. Ensuring the email marketing revenue is at a high by working with 3rd party companies to create personalised, relevent marketing emails, triggered campaigns, reporting and email planning. Where now I work to attract new customers, I previously worked in Customer Services providing a first class service to keep the customer. Prior to my current employer, I have been a duty manager at a hotel where I was for a number of years until change of ownership

Working directly with customers either by telephone or email to find a suitable resolute for their query, whether it was an issue with the website, online account queries or issues where the customer was unable to place their orders. In 2015 this role was widened to allow helping customers with other issues which were not necessarily Ecommerce related, this could be issues with their delivery, with stock or questions relating to our stores.
