I work for an Devon based Charity that runs multiple projects across the County. I manage the day to day running of the Supported Living and Community services provided in Torbay and South Devon. This Service provides person-centred support to individuals with mental health concerns, learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions. I am also the Project Lead on a pilot project designed to address social barriers and obstacles people face that impact negatively on their mental health.
