About Edward Giordano

Completed and oversaw the installation of High Vaccum Total Fluid Extraction system that recovered over 5,000 gallons of petroleum from a former fuel distribution facility. This complex PIP site was funded solely by homeowners however by setting up and communicating with a homeowner association the overall costs were minimized while the recovery efforts maximized.Planned and executed the excavation and on site encapsulation of over 8,000 cubic yards of lead impacted soil. By completing the encapsulation on site the client was saved millions of off-site disposal fees while minimizing liability.Sales, design and Installation of over 20 geothermal units per year in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. Work includes both new construction and retrofits.
