Drove the successful capture and implementation of the JGASS II recompete strategy resulting in the successful award of the JGASS II contract.NGA Multi-Intelligence Analytical and Collection Support Services (MACSS) program 2020 to 2021Selected to lead the program during the final 18 months of the contract for NGA, managed the Program and Task Order to deliver seamless analysis and training support, ensuring zero mission disruption. Served as a strategic leader in preparing stakeholders for the program recompete, aligning team objectives to meet evolving requirements, resulting in securing a follow-on contract.USSOCOM Joint Geospatial Analytical Support Services (JGASS) 2016 to 2019Post-acquisition of L3 Comms NSS by CACI in 2016, selected to lead the Joint Geospatial-Intelligence Support Services (JGASS) contract for SOCOM at Ft Bragg, NC. Successfully implemented strategies that increased contract value and reduced personnel. In addition, I leveraged stakeholder engagement and contract expertise to drive strategic program growth.

USSOCOM Actionable Intelligence Support Services (SPEAR) Oversaw and led the delivery performance of a multi-discipline Joint enterprise Intelligence Support Services (SPEAR) contract for 22 government stakeholders across both CONUS and OCONUS locations, ensuring mission continuity. I fostered strong employee and customer engagement strategies that enhanced contract performance and ensured the delivery of services, including regional analysis, targeting, security, intelligence operations, collection management, and watch operational support.

USSOCOM SITEC-SS/ ITeCJul 2012 – Jul 2013As the SITEC-SS/ ITeC Dpty PM, developed and implemented a plan to manage and improve contract performance on Task Orders to provide Enterprise service support. Facilitated collaboration across the various Task Orders to improve efficiencies and increase value proposition for the customer. Managed the seamless transition of 15 EITC Task Orders to the 7 SITEC and ITSeC Task Orders with a 93% personnel strength despite a 30 day protest period in favor of a new company, exceeding annual financial goals. USSOCOM EITCAug 2011 – Jul 2012 As the EITC Site Director/Project Manager, managed over 15 different task orders to support the operations of the command’s Enterprise IT services encompassing several large classified and unclassified networks, secure internetworking infrastructures, storage area networks (SAN), and secure connectivity used by garrison and deployed forces with minimal interruptions. Assisted in the management of the financials through employee performance and recruitment strategies directly contributing to the success of re-compete award of 7 task orders.

Led and managed a multi-discipline Intelligence and Security organization to support garrison and worldwide operational requirements with no mission impacts or degradation despite increased operations and requirements. Increased the annual budget by $2M to meet forecasted capabilities and training requirements. Ensured organization was properly staffed, resourced, and trained to meet current and emerging worldwide requirements.

Managed a strategic Analysis and Production Division, ensuring smooth daily operations to support worldwide short notice contingency operations. Managed a multi-million dollar annual O&M, and Procurement budget to support operation and incorporate emerging capabilities/ technologies to improve network efficiency and analysis support.
