Facilitated collaboration across the various Task Orders to improve efficiencies and increase value proposition for the customer. Managed the seamless transition of 15 EITC Task Orders to the 7 SITEC and ITSeC Task Orders with a 93% personnel strength despite a 30 day protest period in favor of a new company, exceeding annual financial goals. USSOCOM EITCAug 2011 – Jul 2012 As the EITC Site Director/Project Manager, managed over 15 different task orders to support the operations of the command’s Enterprise IT services encompassing several large classified and unclassified networks, secure internetworking infrastructures, storage area networks (SAN), and secure connectivity used by garrison and deployed forces with minimal interruptions. Assisted in the management of the financials through employee performance and recruitment strategies directly contributing to the success of re-compete award of 7 task orders.
