after owning my own business for 10 years, decided to sell due to surroundings. joint TWT as a sales person and after 1 mth became the assistant manager. in charge of handle customers, complaints, etc. achiving target & pushing staff to achieve shop targets and goals. good leader and peoples person. stock control and management,, grow our debtors accounts by obtaining new clients and dealers. push for sales and marketing in promoting the business. staff handling and i am very self motivated and a go getter. also have to arrange and organize events and social time with the communitee and staff, build a good working enviroment and have fun while working , a happy staff member is a good staff member, social events etc. Now been appointed Manager of Tiger wheel and Tyre Canal walk. moved to manger position in 'tiger wheel and tyre bellville.

Reason for wanting to leave: Bought The View pub and restuarant and moved to Riebeek Kasteel. Would like to move back to Cape Town as the Restaurant Industry is not challenging and the late nights is robbing me from my family time. Attributes/Skills I am a people person and enjoy a challenging position. I enjoy leading and keeping a team motivated to reach their full potential, which benefits both the individual and the company.
