As a fifth-year Architectural Engineering student at Cal Poly I look forward to continuing my learning of structural engineering hands on in the industry. I am specifically interested in learning more about residential and/or large commercial projects such as stadiums and/or resorts. I believe I can be a valuable asset to a company. I have already had several internships within the construction industry which have already exposed me to most of the basics of how the industry works. I am a hard worker that will not make excuses and get work done. When presented with a problem, I will use the experience I have already acquired to figure out a solution. If I still do not have the knowledge to solve the problem on my own, I will turn to someone with more experience to ask for help so I can gain the knowledge to solve similar problems in the future. I love to learn, and I thrive at learning on the job.
