● Execute high-quality, targeted analytical testing in a fast-paced R&D environment, ensuring results are "fit for purpose" to support rapid project advancement. ● Troubleshoot instruments and methods, including the development and implementation of a JIRA-based ticketing and Kanban system to streamline workflows and minimize bottlenecks. ● Develop and adapt analytical methods as needed to meet evolving project requirements, prioritizing speed and functionality. ● Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for analytical methods, contributing to smooth operations and minimal errors. ● Prepare and document analytical standards to ensure consistency across experiments. ● Execute and troubleshoot automated sample preparation processes to meet tight project timelines. ● Communicate results to stakeholders to keep the team aligned and projects moving forward. ● Scientific presentation of work at group meetings, providing updates and insights to facilitate team decision-making.
