• Managed the second Oracle “Go-Live” for entire facility in Grover, NC.• Responsible for coordinating the project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing a schedule to insure timely completion of project.• Developed a training program and performed end user classroom training for a three shift operation of 200+ employees while managing the remaining implementation team and development staff located in Chicago, IL. Performed classroom training in the following modules: Inventory, Order Entry, Projects, Planning, BOM, WIP, Purchasing, Shop Floor transaction processing, and shipping.• Hired and trained a support staff to assist with “Go-Live”.• Completed the implementation in 7 months. The facility went “Live” on schedule and, as documented by the CFO, “The users were well prepared prior to go-live, resulting in the smoothest transition of any of the AGI locations”.• Reported directly to CFO – Consumer Packaging Group

• Directly involved with the initial configuration and set-up of Inventory, Order Entry, Projects, Planning, BOM, WIP, and Purchasing modules of Oracle Applications • Applied my years of business experience and knowledge to document the “As Is” process in our Chicago, IL facility and make recommended business process changes to meet the “Best Business Practices” as required by the Oracle system.• Worked closely with various Oracle consultants to complete the knowledge transfer process while traveling the country receiving formal education at numerous Oracle University locations.• Took on the additional responsibility of TAR management.
