I have worked at 3 chemical companies over a 16 year period where I served as a production manager, formulator, quality control manager, technical service director, technical sales support, and chemical purchasing. My experience within the chemical industry ranged from the packaging and blending of liquids, pastes, extrusion, powders, tableting, injection molding, of retail and industrial cleaning products. I have been an Integrated Planning and Scheduling Lead with Boeing since 2000 working on Development Programs for International Customers, Air Force, Army and Navy. I have experience working large programs with complex integration between Boeing, Suppliers and Government schedules. I am a subject matter expert with Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Pointe and Milestone Pro software. I have found my engineering background has benefited me in understanding the complexities of the programs I work and how to integrate different teams and programs.My chemical background provided me with significant knowledge of chemicals, manufacturing equipment, formulating, serving on the emergency response team and knowing how to control dangerous situations, and how to be an effective motivator and encourager.
