Account Manager for Opensymmetry in EMEA. Edward specialises in aligning enterpises to the right Sales Performance Management (SPM) solution. With a consulting background, Edward applies his implementation experience to ensure customers continue to receive maximum return from their investment focusing on the overall value that sales performance management provides. Edward is personally interested in improving sales compensation through understanding when, how and why incentives should be used, and how their effectiveness can be measured. In his current role:Edward is responsible for both customer success in EMEA, and developing opportunities with those without recognised technlogies. When working on customer sucess in EMEA, he ensures they get the most out of their chosen sales compensation technology. This involves roadmap development for maintenance and enhancement, and aligning with all stakeholders on how this can be best realised. When working with companies without a technology, his time is spent assisting new prospects: defining future state and supporting business cases; selecting technologies and planning for a succesful implementation.In previous roles, Edward has:- Close to a decade experience implementing enterprise SPM technologies- Been technical Lead, Solution architect on global SPM roll-outs- Developed new re-usable solutions in Varicent and Xactly Connect technologies- Qualified in Varicent, Xactly and SAP Commissions
