Vehicle Technical Support Engineer
Current- Answer support requests coming in via the defined report channel.
- Deliver a high-quality diagnostic and repair support advice.
- Follow the repair process at the dealers to monitor the success.
- Log all contacts according to the communicated process and analyse gaps at the dealer side. Report these gaps to the Team leader and after advice support to fill these gaps.
- Constantly review the existing processes to increase the quality towards the Retailers and end customers by eliminating waste.
- Judge and report dealer performance on escalated and investigated support cases and implementation activities.
