Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyzed the procurement requisition form, terms of reference (TOR), statement of requirements so as to initiate the procurement process.Preparing tender opening forms, such as Bid receipt form, record of bid opening and attendance register. Participating in Tender opening ceremony.Preparing contracts.Review of evaluation reports and preparing secretariat papers for the tender board approval.Participate in site visiting for tenders requiring site visits.Preparation of weekly and monthly Procurement report.Stores and Warehouse management activities such as ,inspection and receiving ,stock control ,issuing materials ,stock taking ,tracking and maintaining inventories and preparation of stock records.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesPreparing tender documents for various procurement methods.Assembles and binds tendering documents.To ensure arrangements for delivery or collection of materials at the agreed time.To ensure delivery of materials to site or collection from suppliers is undertaken and monitored against performance criteria and where suppliers do not meet the correct standards be proactive in resolving and performance issues.Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
