Managed a team of 7 engineers in the identification, evaluation, and resolution of manufacturing deficiencies and data errors for both process and products manufactured at 3 production facilities in West Michigan.

Led the development of all marketing, advertising, and branding strategies for a regional sporting goods retail chain operating 75 locations in 7 states throughout the Midwest. This included leading a 12 member marketing team and managing a multi-million dollar marketing budget encompassing digital, print, radio, event, email, local search, outdoor, sponsorship, loyalty, and social marketing uniquely tailored for each market.

Led a team of 3 Buyers and 2 Merchandise Assistants responsible for a combined sales volume of over $30 million and an Open-to-Buy of over $18 million for the categories of men's, women's, and youth footwear, cleats, and skates. Accountable for the profitability of all categories including sales, GMROI, and turn, with management oversight for merchandising standards, promotional activity, pricing, and sales strategies.

Led the Merchandise Allocation and Price Management Teams in support of the hardgoods and softgoods merchandise divisions. Responsible to develop, measure, and achieve inventory performance goals including turn by store, in-stock metrics, weeks of supply, and sales to stock ratios.

Led and developed 12 store teams focused on meeting sales, service, expense control, and loss prevention expectations as established by the Vice President of Operations. Improved the profitability of the district 2 years in row through increased sales and better expense controls.
