Principle pastor of high density township with congregations in Makeni (farming township) and Mwembeshi (bush congregation with several preaching stations). Also part-time Assitant Curate at Cathedral of the Holy Cross in the same period. From July to December 1997 was Chaplain of St. Mark's Secondary School, Mapanza Mission, in same Diocese.

Supervised 41 students in Ancient History Course: attended lectures, advised students, marked papers, ran a weekly general tutorial.

Supervised a staff of five Dons in the general administration of a Men's and Coeducational University Residence of 124 undergraduate students. Worked in concert with a senior Dean of Women (the Dean of Residence) in the general management of student life in the diverse, yet traditional setting of Canada's oldest chartered university. Exercised, at the discretion of the University President, Decanal authority in the enforcement of campus rules and regulations. Assisted the President's office in the planning and execution of major campus events (Matriculation, College Christmas, Encaenia).
