• Support Activities for Oil and Gas Operations• Primarily engaged in providing new and upgraded services on well site facilities, compression facilities, water transfer facilities and flow lines. Additional services include but are not limited to roustabout maintenance services, tank battery construction and maintenance, containment construction and spray-in liners, landscape services

• I was responsible for a team of sales and customer account manager’s activities including processing sales, taking payments and handling collections and working with the team to achieve sales goals.• I was responsible for leading a store-based sales team of two to four personnel with activities including sales, deliveries, returns, service/repair and collection visits, having P&L accountability and must ensure proper company operating standards. As a GM I had the ultimate responsibility for an assigned store, including, but not limited to, the coaching and development of Sales Reps and Acct Managers, directed at ensuring a properly trained staff is in place to deliver a consistent superior customer service experience while achieving sales and profit objectives and protecting company assets.
