On 9/12/2024 Azure Holding Group Corp (OTC: $AZRH), a Nevada corporation, and CST Drilling Fluids (CST), a Louisiana corporation, are pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the acquisition of CST by AZRH that will result in CST having control over AZRH.
