Designing and developing automated processes to support vendors' membership and provider data needs. During my time at Cognizant, I have mainly been involved in two projects. My primary focus since joining Cognizant has been in my consulting role, where I work with one of Cognizant's major Healthcare Provider clients. Leveraging technologies such as SQL, .NET, SSIS, DataStage, Unix, and Tidal Scheduler, I design and develop automated processes to support vendors' provider and membership data needs. Working closely with business analysts to understand the business requirements and refine functional requirements, I lead a development team consisting of myself and two offshore developers to design and deliver automated processes for a new dental vendor implementation. Additionally, I have been involved in one internal project on our Optimization Software Products team. As a part of our modernization efforts, we have developed a new web-based security management application for Cognizant TriZetto's most profitable and widely used software product, Facets. I took the role as the Subject Matter Expert for our new security management application's installer. I designed and developed the full end-to-end scripted installer, facilitating the automated installation of all required application components, database objects, and batch components on the target system, per the end-user's desired configuration. The technologies used to build the installer include PowerShell, .NET, and InstallScript.
