Contributing to a major store move from West Brompton to Woolwich and Sidcup, collaborating with the Curator to create an exhibition on the centenary of the first women officers joining the Met for February 2019 (the most-visited exhibition in the ten years of that site's existence), cataloguing and repacking photographic, object and archive collections, facilitating researcher visits to the research room, answering genealogical and other enquiries, preparing and delivering talks and articles on the collection to internal and external audiences.

Researching, copy-editing and managing the history website of St Michael's Church Camden Town (www.smct-history.com - now defunct); answering enquiries to that website; leading guided tours of the church; training volunteer guides; managing the project's Instagram account (stmichaelscamden) and Twitter feeds (@StMichaelsNW1).I also created a Twitter account for the war memorial (@SMCTwarmemorial) to give wider public access and to increase digital footfall during the World War One centenaries, particularly through the #OTD (on this day) hashtag for the death centenaries for men featured on the memorial. This has brought the history project into contact with descendants of men on the memorial and given it access to valuable primary sources, including a diary of a sailor at Jutland.

Cataloguing, repacking, labelling and barcoding a collection ready for re-storage at a new site, repacking around 1100 boxes of archaeological finds, clarifying object provenance and loan status, transferring around 300 boxes to other more appropriate local and national museums, carrying out disposals in line with Museum Accreditation standards, assisting with social history, militaria, fine art, ceramic and archives collections, overseeing staff from an external removals firm, working with and managing volunteers.

Welcoming visitors to a historic house and its 18th century kitchens, opening and shutting down the buildings at the start and end of the day, answering visitor queries on the history, art and architecture of the site, dealing with difficult visitors, selling guidebooks, carrying out fire evacuations, maintaining collections care standards, researching and leading guided tours using primary and secondary sources for the period, interpreting for French and Italian visitors, translating printed visitor information into French.
