As a concierge at Walt Disney World, I have the unique opportunity to create magical moments for guests on a daily basis. I have the responsibility to plan a guests whole holiday, providing recommendations regarding dining, attractions, locations for experiences and fulfilling all requests of the guests.Due to the nature of the company I now have the skills to handle large sums of money with discretion and professionalism, I am able to communicate with cast members across all 28 resorts and 116 restaurants, my multitasking skills have been fine tuned in order to maximize my efficiency while still creating unforgettable moments for all of my guests.

While still finishing my final year of high school I began my practical education in the world of high class hospitality. As a food and beverage attendant I learnt not only about the front of house during service, but began to learn about how the back of house runs regarding operations and execution.
