I have primary drift development, shaft and station development, LHD, and roadheader operating experience. I was also involved in various TBM and raise bore design and evaluation activities. As Senior Ventilation Engineer I was responsible for designing, installing, maintaining and operating the San Manuel Mine’s underground ventilation and 3,000-ton capacity cooling systems. Competently designed and managed the ventilation transition to the use of diesel equipment in development and production areas, and designed and managed the expansion of the mine cooling system’s applications and components into the lower ore zones. The job had extensive interactions with State and Federal Mine Inspectors.Other roles included support staff, project engineering, front line supervisions, and contract project management.
