Project at the PTE (Effluent Treatment Plant) to reduce environmental pollution, leading a team of 6 technicians/mechanics. Survey and commissioning of new equipment (pumps, valves, pH meter, etc). Support of the 38 branches of the company at the country level (follow-up and analysis of energy expenses in the branches and production plant). Optimization of costs in spare parts and breakdowns, daily monitoring of suppliers and assignment of specific jobs after the survey. Internal auditor of the quality sector, relieving corresponding information and visible face of the inspection before the auditor. Analysis of fixed assets and in charge of the opening in CAPEX depending on the tasks to be carried out. Analysis of indicators of the quality sector to avoid deviations of rodents and extra-cost. Monthly trips to the branches of the Argentine coast in order to relieve the pending works and give priority according to criticality (building and productive works).

Follow-up of invoices, study of suppliers, budget analysis and purchase of spare parts according to the request of the sector.
