• Chase Bank/Washington Mutual Conversion Project: Manage a different crew of 3 to 6 technicians at each Washington Mutual Bank being converted to Chase Bank. Oversee the installation and imaging of new workstations, workstation testing by bank personnel and old equipment removal including wiping of all data from hard drives.• Ensure TCD’s are functioning properly, over-riding if necessary, pull main board from TCD and change currency settings, install 2 MFDs at each location, confirm new servers and UPS are functioning properly, support any networking issues that arise, install new check scanners, receipt printers and pin pads and confirm MICR printer is functioning.

• HP/Domtar Paper Migration Project: Onsite user support at various locations around the country. Pre and post migration support for issues pertaining to e-mail accounts, Enterprise Blackberry migration, user logins and software changeovers in a manufacturing environment, maintaining 100% uptime for the manufacturing, production line and shipping departments throughout the duration of the project.• Supplied technical PC support to various clients including DSW Shoes, Richmond County Sheriff’s Department and Kohl’s Department Stores, repairing and installing various PC hardware and RF equipment.

• Desktop support for approximately 1200+ users. PC and telephone installation, PC imaging and system replacement, system backups and data transfers, hardware upgrades and installations, software support.• Group moves from various locations to new corporate office, as well and internal moves and new employee equipment deployment.• Perform various IT related projects to contractor specifications in a timely and professional manner.
