    Following my initial appointment as Account Manager, I was delighted to accept a promotion to Senior Account Manager. My current role centres on supporting clients to deliver campaigns in areas such as brand positioning and visual identity; employee engagement; and annual and sustainability reports. I do so by creating bespoke solutions in design and print (marketing communications, event media, and promotion items); digital (websites, social media, and interactivity, such as interactive PDFs); and motion (animated and location-based film, photography, and working with a wider team). I enjoy supporting business growth by collaborating with others, from initial concept, to delivery of tender pitches to new clients including charities, SMEs, and global conglomerates across various industries. I also extend business capability by researching and conducting due diligence on new manufacturers and resources. A key component of my role is to serve as clients’ primary point of contact. This encompasses generating cost-effective options to meet client requirements, as well as defining statements of work, and managing scope, costing, and timing. Once projects and campaigns become live, I co-ordinate activity of the creative team, consultants, and third parties (including manufacturers, production, and retained talent), manage communication channels, and mitigate risks. Behind the scenes, I reconcile project budgets, track and report on project status and final outcomes. At all times, I assure good governance in the design of organisational systems and the use of resources. This involves creating quality control processes, and leading the division of the business providing print, production, promotional products, and mailing campaign services. Finally, I enhance systems to manage event media and literature, including local and global distribution and collection, post-event review and repair, and manage an infrastructure for maintaining efficient stock levels.

This was done by maintaining a real-time stock list that was accessible to all areas of the business. Separately, I promoted offers and developments within the business by managing four company websites. This encompassed creating and publishing website articles; maintaining up-to-date and accurate information on the websites; applying skills in online marketing campaigns, photography, design and editing; and collaborating closely with the external PR company. Finally, I ensured the smooth and efficient processing of trade and retail orders by monitoring website traffic and directing online enquiries to the correct business area for action.
