Coordinated with vendors and in-house support staff for maintenance and system upgrades for the following applications: Aspect, Alertus and QMS applications. Submitted and tracked change requests for both in-house SharePoint tracking systems and DXC Service Now interfaces.Coordinated facility furniture and AV equipment installations/upgrades with vendors for the entire Princeton campus.Co-administered the Planview application as backup for running daily reports and adding full time and consulting staff in various departments and pay groups. Assisted the AV team in setting up the in-house PA systems and teaching AV staff the best way to use the AV and PA equipment. Running live sound for large speaking events with the CEO and other high-ranking presenters Worked with an in-house developed SharePoint application called “Next Dimensions” which replaced the Micro Focus Dimensions application. Completed DSO’s (Dimensions Service Orders) created change requests for work ranging from release ID’s, release management, user account maintenance, and software support with in the defined turnaround times and budgets. Processed release requests and obtained approvals for production deployments of applications such as GRE, TOEFL, CASSEE, PSAT, SAT, including in-house only applications. Attended ORR calls for production releases to provide approvals for release management.Administered Silk Central maintaining release id’s, creating and decommissioning projects that underwent software testing. Administered Micro Focus Dimensions. Maintained and tracked part of the development life cycle flow with development teams. Creating a new production release, submitting change requests and monitoring PN’s from software testing to ensure the development team received work requests to perform the needed updates.

Provide live sound support for area non-profits as well as local bands and businesses as a freelance sound engineer

Taught basic and BLS level CPR and First Aid courses in both single and classroom settings for certification or recertification. Some attendees required these certifications for employment.
