Management for the four wall operations of the 465,000 sq.ft. Region Rapid Deployment Distribution Center, and the enhancement of 350 Associates in the development, mentoring and coaching of operational strategies to improve facility production processes, by utilizing Lean concepts and methodologies, interpreting considerable data, implementing operative approaches and effectively communicating them to the appropriate stakeholders in multiple functional areas. Responsible for the financial management, investment control, cost savings, strategy and budget development to support $860 million in annual sales. I work closely with Region Management, to develop annual budgeted goals for productivity improvement while maintaining accuracy in an organized and safe environment. Ensure effective management control of payroll and equipment expense while maximizing strong Lean supply chain principles.
