Interned with the Space Force's Chief Technology and Innovation Office with the main focus of bringing my knowledge in cybersecurity to implement new technologies, create new efficient processes and to have the force move away from standard inefficient processes.- Utilized Natural Language Processing to test/modify an algorithm that would match resumes to various job descriptions in order to assist Human Resources in the large influx of applicants to the Space Force- Created a script to convert images of resumes into text files. This corrected a limitation for a tool Human Resources had been using for the processing of applications/resumes - Utilized the tool UiPath in creating Robotic Process Automation scripts to reduce the number of redundant tasks in the office such as filling out spreadsheets and downloading resumes from a repository. - Researched use-cases for Artificial Intelligence and language models that would be considered for future implementation. - Led a project using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and data analysis tools to implement a subject matter expert oriented team structure for HQ tier 2 IT support.
