Consultant to Ford Motor Company's CADCAM department, defining functional and systems requirements, QA testing and support for the Ford Data Collector system, a Ford developed PDM (Product Data Management System) for its PDGS CADCAM system.

Provided dual services as system manager of Cad/Cam system and applications support for electronics design software. With a primary goal of improving productivity, overhauled systems operations infrastructure and management processes, resulting in uptime improvements from 83% to over 97% in six months. Provided training and developed new software and methods for schematic and printed circuit design. Prior to this assignment, developed new techniques for aircraft-capable, high density surface mount printed circuit board design and testing.
