Role as the senior Machinery Technician requires holistic oversight of the technical and professional development of the engineering workforce. Serve as the course manager, analysis subject matter expert and signature authority for the initial machinery technician military occupational specialty course and 39 advanced technical courses. Utilize education in military resilience, military to mariner credentialing and educations systems to influence workforce policy development.
