Full-scale technical support to the current and potential customers, including:- Broiler breeder, broiler and layer farm management practices including: farm preparation, biosecurity, stocking density, brooding, feeding and drinking management and bodyweight, mortality weekly control and analysis, lighting programs, males/femails, broilers management, egg sanitation and handling. - Hatchery operational analysis, sanitation, quality control measures, incubation conditions, eggshell / embryo temperature, humidity monitoring and control, post hatch/egg break out analysis, egg and chick quality assessment. - Microclimate parameters assessment, ventilation management and optimization - Biosecurity, health and disease monitoring programs. - Analysis of ongoing disease outbrakes to identify causative agent and predisposing factors. Analysis of disease incidence to identify patterns, formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures to reduce losses. - Necropsy, analysis of laboratory and serological test results to identify potential disease problems; differential diagnostics. - Vaccination and medication programs control and optimization based on the epizootological situation, flock health status, necropsy and laboratory tests and serological monitoring results.- Feed formulations analysis and optimization based on the raw materials price/quality, breed and technical results on the farm, using up to date approach to the balanced protein/energy, essencial digestible aminoacids ratios. - Prestarter feed, premixes and concentrates formulations using Adifo® Bestmix (DOS, Windows) software.- Close cooperation with the sales department to acheave the best possible service for the clients.- Training the sales managers and technical trainees. - 50% time business trips

- Technical support through all the elements of the clients’ production chain.- Technical seminars and presentations for the customers on different aspect of poultry management, incubation, ventilation, nutrition, health and disease.- Technical publications in the poultry and veterinary magazines, on the company website.- Training of the sales staff and the technical trainees to achieave the maximum competence in communication of the sales and technical personel with both the key and potential customers.- Istablishment of contacts between the sales team and the customers to insure the up to date knowledge and developments transfer from the R&D department into the products and field for maximum flock performance, cost/profit balance.- Continuous contact with the technical specilaists of all the leading international breeding, veterinary, nutritional, engineering and equipment companies for up to date knowledge and experience exchange. - Formulation of all types of poultry feeds and feed additives - As an average about 65 business trips per year - 140 days in the field.

- Heading the veterinary department with a team of more than 250 employees on 6 poultry farms and 5 pig complexes (Moscow, Penza, Vologda regions).- Planning, optimizing, budgeting and controlling veterinary preventive and health monitoring programs for poultry and pigs breedeing and production farms. - Together with a group of denish specialist heading the program of AIG “Cherkizovsky” 5 pig complexes renovation and “rehabilitation”: total depopulation, clean out, disinfection, import of yound gilts (PIC, DanBred), quarantine and placement in the barns with a renovated equipment, updated management system together with a new vaccination and health monitoring program.

- Heading the veterinary department with a team of 61 employees on 3 farms (Moscow region)- Planning, optimizing, budgeting and controlling veterinary preventive and monitoring programs for the breeding and production farms - Negotiating, contracting, organizing and controlling all the stages of hatching eggs and broiler breeders import from the US and Europe (Aviagen, Cobb-Vantress, Hubbard Breeders etc): from the stage of signing the contract to the moment of chickens placement in the poultry house
