With over 20 years of active military experience I am looking to pursue a new career path in the public sector. I have an active security clearance and a certification as a Scrum Master, which enable me to work on complex and sensitive projects that require agile and collaborative approaches.In my previous role as a Division Manager at Manpower and Reserve Affairs, HQMC, I oversaw the performance, conduct, morale, and welfare of a large and diverse team. I also provided regular updates to the Branch Head, offered guidance on administration requirements, and acted as the head Reserve Training Liaison for various Marine Corps entities. I was responsible for supervising the administrative processes for all RTL program procedures, evaluating and training RTL and schoolhouse personnel, and ensuring efficient training pipeline management. I have developed strong supervisory, presentation, and electronics skills, as well as a keen sense of strategic decision-making, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration.
