In this placement I worked in conjunction with the Communities safety team and the Transformation team to develop new ways of working that One Manchester can consider incorporating into its anti-social behaviour service provision. In order to produce a business report outlining recommendations I first had to:- Research anti-social behaviour in relation to housing, and research nudge theory/behavioural economics- Analyse a large set of quantitative data analysis containing reports of anti-social behaviour for One Manchester's tenants.-produce a business report outlining recommendations which can be adopted in pilot format.

This placement gave me experience in supporting the development of social value frameworks, and working towards the more general aim of the organisation: to realise progressive economics for people and place. Specifically I gained experience in:- procurement activities for Oldham and Salford City Councils. This required;- quantitative data analysis on anchor institutions in the localities mentioned above. - the analysis is essential as CLES strives to harness existing wealth for the benefit of local communities.- Housing and Diversity Network monthly report - supported the delivery of the report assessing the impact of equality, diversity and inclusion in the housing sector- Assisted with the delivery of Survey's for the University of Birmingham's staff and students. The questions set out aimed to achieve an understanding of individuals spendboth inside and outside of the Birmingham councils boundaries.- supported event management by updating event information and sending out invites through Eventbrite.
