This reduced the time to market of new Internet-Telecom applications by more than 50% for China Mobile. Both innovations generated a potential of EUR20 million sales pipeline for Asia Pacific.

Led a team of 10 software engineers and expanded the operation from 1 year contract to multi-year commitment with increased headcount and funding. Developed innovative unified fixed-networks applications showcased to various potential customers in Asia Pacific. Recruited partners to develop applications on top of Siemens next-generation fixed networks and formed an active 3rd party application developer ecosystem. Key accomplishments:-Developed Siemens first Telecom Service Delivery Platform (SDP) under uncertain situations (organization restructuring). The SDP used standardized application programming interfaces and reusable service building blocks which reduced the development and time to market of new unified telecom applications by more than 50%. The Telecom SDP generated more than EUR10 mil potential revenues and was handed over to the global System Integration business unit for commercialization. The project was given the Innovation Award from the corporate CTO office in 2006. Telco SDP elevated the image of Siemens Asia Pacific for its ability to innovate and contribute to new global products and services.
