Growth Initiativeso Selected to PM the launch of a new £40m retail Investment product in January 2021o Co-ordinated multiple workstreams and stakeholders over 6 months working across the business to align requirements and objectives throughout and deliver the project to a challenging deadline. Lead Project Manager on the launch of the ‘Octopus Online’ Investor portal:o Multi-Phase rescue project that required a quick turnaround after the original Project Sponsor and team left the business during COVID-19o Successfully launched to over 50,000 registered users in November 2020Successfully led the submission of Octopus’ first UNPRI Report in April 2020o Worked closely with the CIO and Sustainability Director to ensure the regulatory submission while adapting to the impact of COVID-19
