This role involved 360 degree permanent and contract recruitment supplying highly skilled Engineers, Supervisors, Designers, Draftspeople and Technical Officers to manufacturing, dairy, food and beverage,petrochemical, chemical / plastics and mining.

I joined Chandler McLeod in 1999 and specialised in recruitment of engineering, construction and technical personnel providing recruitment services to engineering and technical professionals across Australia. From October 2007 I was appointed as the General Manager, leading a team of 3 consultants and an administrator.In this role I undertook senior 360 degree consultant /executive recruiter roles working at various times from offices, both in the CBD and Mulgrave.I also undertook HSE site reviews and was OHS chairperson (ENTEC Representative) in monthly meetings.

I also recruited for FMCG, manufacturing, chemicals / plastics, telecommunications, defence, aerospace, food and beverage, heavy industries, architectural, building and construction across Australia and South East Asia.Between 1988 and 1990 I established the Perth office, specialising in oil and gas and mining resource sector projects.From 1990 to 1999 was State Manager for Head Office in Melbourne.Key responsibilities included management of recruitment team, day to day operations and major account management whilst remaining active for maintaining personal billings targets. Largest major account: Esso Australia from 1993 to 1996.Negotiated contract for provision of contingent workforce management solutions for production,construction and project personnel . Positions included platform supervisors, inspectors, construction supervisors, project engineers and support personnel at various sites around Australia. Involved in development and roll out of in house CRM and in 1995 I was responsible for implementation of the HSE and ISO certified quality systems in line with ADECCO systems.
