Manage and operate United States Rocket Academy projects including Citizens in Space, the first program to combine citizen science and citizen space exploration. I managed press, public, and government relations including conducting press conferences at Holloman AFB, NASA Ames Research Center, and the United States Senate, appearing on national television; and addressing major educational and scientific conferences. I co-authored draft legislation related to Teachers in Space, developed legislative strategy, led lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill, and interfaced with the FAA Office of Commercial Space Transportation.
