• Worked directly with the CEO as Director of Operations for a mid-size family-owned company. I was tasked with regaining the company’s market position held before the 2008 Recession. My efforts in Business Development.
• Developed and managed a remote office responsible for securing and administering all prime contracts with the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) for Orlando International Airport projects.
• Secured and administered a five-year Continuing Contract for GOAA.
• Constructed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) testing facility for a well-known national defense contractor.
• Constructed a Design-build construction of an award-winning gothic-style Lutheran Church.
• Intermodal Operations and Maintenance Facility for LYNX Transit, municipal bus system.

• As Senior Operations Manager, I assumed the oversight of a badly troubled remote Texas construction office for a Florida-based General Contractor. I was able to turn the operations around and developed excellent.
• Dallas - Crescent Hotel, Five-star (on the level of and sister to the Ritz Carlton) hotel remodel of the lobby, lobby bar, spa, and fitness center.
• Austin – Four-star resort with an extensive renovation of guest room bathrooms.
• Orlando – Four-star hotel comprehensive guest room renovation, corridors, and public spaces, replacing all fan coil units.

General Manager for a small construction company based in Frisco, Texas, performing projects across the country. One noteworthy account was for BNSF Railways, working on projects at their national headquarters in Fort Worth, and throughout BNSF's railway system. Security clearance held.

Director of Operations for a small company that only performed the construction, remodeling, and maintenance of Data Center projects throughout New Mexico and southwest Texas. Performed Business Development and directed all construction-related tasks.
