At Conquest Contracting we take pride in providing our clients with personal, professional service. The Builder, Ed Warmoth has been in construction for thirty eight years. When we say “in construction” we do not mean he has been a pencil and paper builder, working from an office somewhere with limited knowledge of how to actually build.
Ed grew up in the trades, hands-on, performing the work himself. As a young carpenter in Virginia Ed was taught the old-school form of carpentry where the carpenter was the builder and constructed your home from start to finish, right on the spot. In his early years it was noticed that Ed’s extensive knowledge of construction methods gave him a particular knack of troubleshooting problems in all types of buildings. Ed was tasked with correcting construction defects in new buildings, much of Ed’s career has been centered around extensive and complicated repair work where other contractors have attempted to fix a problem, but could not determine the cause, perpetuating the problem, Ed enjoys a one hundred percent success rate.
