Edward (Eddie) Watkin has a reputation for setting standards of excellence as one of Australia’s leading facilitators and highly respected leadership educators. He has positively inspired, instructed and influenced the leadership lives of all generations.Born in Cairns, Eddie is a proud Torres Strait Islander man with his family’s heritage links to the Torres Strait Island communities of Erub and Mabuiag Islands. In 1999, Eddie co-founded Learn 2 Lead, a successful Brisbane based, forward looking, leadership lifestyle solutions firm. And in 2015, he co-founded LeadershipFIT. LeadershipFIT is passionate about supporting people to live their best leadership lives.Today, Eddie serves as a leadership coach and mentor, strategist, facilitator, presenter, speaker and educator. He works one-to-one with individuals through to influencing gatherings of hundreds of people. His passion is to build, strengthen and advance better leadership connections between everyday people. He has changed the way leaders connect to others, and changed the way people want to connect to leaders. In May 2015, Eddie released his first book, LeadershipFIT for Everyday Living. This book has received Australia-wide and international acclaim as a ‘leadership game-changer’ for all generations, now and for tomorrow.
