My journey in client success and working with the world's most iconic brands began many years ago, selling books at the neighbourhood store. At the time I did not have much in the way of practical experience. What I did have was a passion for the product and an acute understanding of how a customer wants to be engaged (after all, I was one too). The most rewarding aspect of my work was the conversation with the customer: hearing their thoughts, understanding their goals, and sharing my own insights in order to find a path forward together.Along each step of my career I have been drawn to roles that focus on that human element. From books, banks, to software platforms, I thrive on developing and sustaining successful client relationships.
