This unit performs most of the renovations for the university. Performing conceptual development, estimating, designing, and construction management of projects for areas such as academics, athletics, veterinary medicine, food service and all other areas of a major university functions. Annual work load was usually 500 projects a year at a value around $15 million.• Responsible for the successful management of the “Site and Infrastructure” unit. This unit managed all design, construction and operations of water, wastewater, and storm water transmission.
