Responsible for Honda Automobile Dealer.

I am in charge of 20 branches of Honda Dealers located in 4 major islands in Indonesia:- Central and East Java- South Sumatra- West, East, and Central Kalimantan- South SulawesiMy responsibilities includes but not limited to:- Develop all 20 branches to achieve aimed targets- Support development of human resources- Create strategic sales programs and launch effective promotions- Command strong communication and coordination with Main Dealers and Finance Companies

As owner’s representative, I thus have more responsibility, not just in marketing and sales department; I was responsible for the company’s whole operation including:- Finance & budget management- Human capital development- Management of company assets, IT system, and infrastructures- Achievement of retail sales targets- Win and maintain the seized Honda market share- Increase Honda brand image through tactical promotions- Develop all Honda Dealers in Central SulawesiMy work area consists of the whole Central Sulawesi province.

I started my career in HSO on 2002 as a spare part supervisor with working areas of D. I. Yogyakarta, Kedu, and Banyumas. My main responsibilities were- Achieve sales targets- Conduct promotional activities- Educate customers and part shops about product excellence.The spare part motorcycle business is very similar with other consumer product businesses in which it consist of extensive number of products (almost 3000 items) and also tough competition with other products.Then on June 2008, I got promoted to a Marketing Manager position in unit business (the main business). The transition from spare parts to units presented me with new challenges.I was responsible for:- Achieving retail sales target and winning the market share- Develop Honda Dealers and their Manpower- Increasing Honda brand image through promotional activities- Hold strong coordination with finance companiesAs Marketing Manager I had served in 3 HSO branches: Yogyakarta, West Nusa Tenggara, and South Sumatra.
