The position at Boeing Defence Australia has been with a central team that supports all projects within the organisation with Earned Value Management (EVM) and other project performance techniques as well as on a project team planning, reviewing and reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics to both internal and external customers.Duties at Boeing Defence Australia Central Team include:– Surveillance and Quality Audits on all projects using EVM;– Training development and delivery of all EVM Material;– Software support for products such as Cobra and Open Plan Professional;– Support with process development;– Support with coaching and mentoring staff on projects;– Assisting on projects in the role of an Analyst and Cost Analyst when required;– Assisting with customer and internal reviews of projects including all project documentation.Duties at Boeing Defence Australia Project Team include:– Building, maintaining and reporting using a master project schedule including critical path, resource usage, float analysis, and schedule health metrics;– Maintain the project Integrated EVM System for both cost and schedule;– Software support for products such as Cobra and Open Plan Professional;– Weekly schedule and cost metrics including Hourly EVM and variance analysis, schedule updates, and booking reports;– Monthly metrics for both internal and external customers including schedule and cost reports and related contract deliverables;– Quarterly Estimate At Completion reporting for the project;– Review and implementation of new work and estimates as well as what if scenario planning;– Maintenance of cost system for EVM including planning of work packages and control accounts, journals, timecode bookings, project overhead and G&A analysis.
