Together with the Ergon team we are creating new and mainting long lasting bussiness relationships with our agents all around the world. For this we are regularly visiting our agents and their markets, to see, experience and pin-point their needs and possibilities.

As Junior Accountmanager at Ergon International N.V. I am maintaining the current relations of the company as well starting new business all over the world(f.e. East Europe, Middle East and Africa). The goal of the Ergon International N.V. is providing the world with the right seeds fitting the circumstances for vegetables like tomatoes, (water)melon, cucumber, pepper and eggplant.

I´m helping the current customers of the bank and advise them about financial possibilities. Furthermore our team will attract new companies to the bank and help them develop a stable business.

During this temporarily project I will teach the responsibilities at the office to a new colleague, besides my responsibilities of last time.

While I'm doing my thesis I learn how the real estate market works. I'm helping customers during the buying or selling process and make sure all the responsibilities of the broker are covered. At the end the most important part of my job is to help the brokers with their daily work.

The first person of the company, which the customer speaks to. Selling the product of the company, advising the customer and doing research about the market which they are acting in.

Plants, harvests and bunches tullips

During my schoolcareer I need to do three workingperiods, my first I did at Rabobank Velsen. During those six months I solved the problems of other companies, this means the problems when they pay bills etc. I learned a lot during this period, but the most important lesson I've learned is I could work like a regular employee. My manager confirmed I was very useful and is very happy he hired me.
