Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Responsible for all conveyor belt systems at Miami International Airport. Responsible for hiring and overseeing contractors, all safety trainings, and environmental issues. Manage large inventory of conveyor parts at Miami Intl Airport. Supports other stations on inventory and projects, employee work scheduling, budgets and company procedures. Managed all maintenance contracts for Northwest Airlines, United Airlines, US Air, Jetblue, FedEx, DHL and USA carriers located in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami area. Responsible for all conveyor belt system in multiple locations. Responsible for GSE maintenance, including troubleshooting, ordering, purchasing and installing parts for PCA units, loading bridges, 400 HZ units. Obtained and maintained excellent relationships with all suppliers. Responsible for overseeing contractors, training of employees, environmental issues, and monthly spending reports and payroll.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Responsible for cargo operations, transportation department and ground support equipment including facilities occupied by the company at Miami Intl Airport. Managed groups of 65 ramp employees in offloading and loading aircrafts, 45 drivers in picking up and dropping off crew members for the airlines. Also managed three different maintenance shops to service customers on five different locations at the airport. Responsible for all scheduling for ramp employees, bus drivers and mechanics. Responsible for all equipment and local environmental issues to ensure company rules.

Responsible for sales in Miami, Caribbean and Latin American Market. Opened the market for Creg International in Central and South America. Being the first bilingual salesman from the company to fly into the Latin American market showing the company the potential on sales from a market that was never touched. Also performed consultant work for the following airlines: Air Jamaica, Aerolineas Argentinas, American Eagle, American Airlines Latin America

Responsible for proper maintenance on all industrial equipment, jet bridges, PCA units and 400 HZ systems.

Responsible for the productivity of 14 mechanics at the GSE shop, maintain all AA facilities at the airport including cooling towers, chillers, PCA units, 400 HZ systems, loading bridges, water pumps, and all conveyor system.
